PRIVATE GHOST HUNTS: Day, Rates, and how to find and reserve your date.

Thursday and Sunday nights: $85.00 per person (processing incl.) / two person minimum. Payment in full, due at the time of booking. Reservations must be made and paid in full no less than 2 weeks prior to the event date. Check-in at 7:00PM. The investigation concludes at 8:00AM. ALL DONATIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

Friday and Saturday nights: $95.00 per person (processing incl.) / eight person minimum*. $380.00 deposit due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid-in-full two weeks prior to the event date. Check-in at 7:00PM. The investigation concludes at 8:00AM. ALL DONATIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

* Groups with less than eight participants may rent the mansion at a flat rate of $760.00, (processing incl.). Two person minimum required. A $380.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. Balances must be paid in full two-weeks prior to the event date. Unpaid balances are subject to event date cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

RESERVING A PRIVATE GHOST HUNT AT PROSPECT PLACE MANSION:

Visit our calendar at https://www.gwacenter.org/calendar to find an available date. Please use a laptop/pc when viewing the calendar to make your reservations.
Email scheduling at: www.scheduling.prospectplace@gmail.com providing the following information:
1. Name, email, phone number for your group’s point-person.
2. Requested date.
3. Complete list (first and last names) of participants, age 18 years of age and older. (p.s. we check IDs)

Additional paid participants may be added to an existing reservation, up to 48 hours prior to the event.

Once your reservation request has been received by the scheduler, an invoice will be generated and sent, based on the day selected and number of participants indicated. Dates are NOT reserved until the invoice is paid. Donations are nonrefundable.
