Schedule your own private paranormal investigation (18 years of age and older) or participate in a guided public ghost hunt, supervised by our resident paranormal investigators. Prospect Place Mansion is owned and operated by the G.W. Adams Education Center, an Ohio registered, all-volunteer 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Revenues generated from ghost hunting events support clean-up, preservation, restoration, and daily operations of the estate. These funds also allow us to continue developing and promoting educational opportunities and outreach to our local and regional stakeholders of all ages.
