SECURITY MEASURES AT PROSPECT PLACE

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER ONE CONCERN!!

A new perimeter fence is being installed at the estate.  In addition alarm sensors will be placed along the fence and the gates of the estate will remain closed during ghost hunts.  European Buckthorne hedge row plants are also being placed into the fence next year to create an improved natural barrier to the estate and a privacy screen from the main road.  These are the same hedge row plants that stopped Allied tanks in France during World War Two!  These new measures are being taken to ensure the safety of both the guests and the residents of the mansion and will make all ghost hunts a much more enjoyable experience knowing the members of the public will be unable to "crash" your hunt.  Private should mean private and we are not going to settle for less than the most private, secure and safe ghost hunt for all of our patrons.  As always armed security is present on the estate (one of the care-takers is a retired Federal Agent) and a trained attack dog is available to defend you as well (not just from people but also from any wild animals that may wander onto the grounds).  You will meet the dog at check in time so she can get your scent and know you are supposed to be here.  She will not be loose during the hunt though.  She is kept in the care-taker's apartment unless needed.

These are crazy times where-ever you live now days (especially with so many desperate people out of work because of the economy) and it is our number ONE goal to make sure your hunt is safe, secure and enjoyable.  You should never notice the security behind the scenes but know that you are PROTECTED at Prospect Place!

If you have any questions about the new security measures taken during your hunt please let us know.  These are non-intrusive security systems and you will not even know they are there!

HAPPY AND SAFE HUNTING!!
