GHOST HUNT FEES

Effective May 1, 2008, fee rates increase to $50.00 per person and $70.00 per person with guest rooms.  All dates prior to May 1 will still be rated at the normal 2007 and any applicable special price fees.

How a Ghost Investigation works at Prospect Place:

Ghost hunters arrive and are given an approximate 2 1/2 hour tour of the house by a volunteer.  This tour includes the history, the paranormal "hot spots" and some instruction (if needed) on the finer points of ghost hunting.  After this your group is free to explore the estate for the rest of the night (until 6 a.m.).  For those persons or groups unfamiliar with ghost hunting we can provide a volunteer guide for the night until 3 a.m.  A caretaker lives in the house and will be available if you need assistance during your hunt.

The ghost investigations we offer are listed below:

TIER 0 HUNT - PRIVATE GHOST HUNT

(8 or more persons required plus an additional fee to close the estate to your party only).

$50.00 per person to stay from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.

OR

$70.00 per person to stay all night  includes guest room(s) 

An additional $50.00 closing fee is required in addition to the per person fees.

 

TIER 1 HUNT - NORMAL GHOST HUNTS (NON-PRIVATE for 2 or more persons)

8 p.m. until 6 a.m.

$50.00 per person, advanced appointment necessary with $50.00 deposit deducted from one individual fee.

 

TIER 2 HUNT - OVERNIGHT GHOST HUNT (NON-PRIVATE for 2 or more persons)

8 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. the following day

$70.00 per person, includes guest room(s).  Advanced appointment necessary with $50.00 deposit deducted from one individual fee.

 

All ghost hunting fees are a donation to the Adams Center charity and are tax deductible.

Deposits must be received no later than one week prior to your hunt.
