DEPOSIT POLICY:
If deposits are not received within the 10 day window you will be contacted twice to arrange payment. If there is no response to this contact or you are unable to provide deposit in a timely manner then the date will be sold to another party. Prospect Place is in high demand and we usually have groups waiting to get in.
The deposit for a Friday or Saturday night is $120.00
The deposit for a weeknight hunt is $50.00
There is no deposit for public hunts.
TOUR GUIDE AVAILABILITY:
TOUR GUIDES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR HUNT ANY NIGHT OF THE WEEK. A STANDARD 1.5 HOUR TOUR MAY BE CONDUCTED BEFORE THE HUNT IF YOU CHOOSE. HOWEVER THE GUIDE IS NOT A STANDARD FEATURE OF THE HUNT AND MUST BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE AT THE TIME YOU SCHEDULE. OTHERWISE WE WILL GIVE YOU A BASIC SAFETY OVERVIEW OF THE PROPERTY AND A 45 MINUTE HISTORY / GHOST DOCUMENTARY WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING ON DVD IN THE LADIES PARLOUR IF YOU CHOOSE.
WE ALSO PROVIDE YOU WITH A FOUR PAGE HISTORY OF PROSPECT PLACE WHICH IS FREE OF CHARGE AND WILL HELP YOU UNDERSTAND THE UNIQUE HISTORY OF THE BUILDING. FLOOR PLANS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE IN THE LIBRARY FOR THOSE INTERESTED OR MAY BE DOWNLOADED FROM THIS SITE.
COFFEE, DRINKING WATER, TEA, A MICROWAVE OVEN, COFFEE MAKER AND SMALL REFRIGERATOR ARE PROVIDED IN THE LADIES PARLOR FOR YOUR COMFORT.
REFUND POLICY:
ALL DONATIONS MADE TO THE ADAMS CENTER ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT UNDER EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES THE CREDIBILITY OF WHICH TO BE DETERMINED BY ADAMS CENTER STAFF.

As we are a volunteer organization there may not always be someone in the office to answer telephones. It is much faster and you would have quicker results contacting us via email as our members can check email from almost anywhere. Please allow for some time before receiving a telephone response.

We will NOT be accepting any contracts for events from event promoters for 2012. If you wish to schedule a hunt you must do it through Prospect Place (The G. W. Adams Educational Center). If we discover that you are an event promoter and are "reselling tickets" your hunt will be CANCELLED and any money collected returned to you. That date will then be sold to another group. We investigate this with all groups that schedule. As a charity organization we cannot allow "for profit" companies and/or organizations/groups to make a profit from the estate under the rules for 2011. Sorry.
